Relatable as I was a teen back in 1987, so it was amusing to watch a modern-day teen transported back in the ’80s. This movie—part slasher / part time travel—made it a decent rental…something a little different. The cast was solid. The rape-whistle/alarm scene was a lol moment for me. A few scenes where the modern day woke teenager clashed with ’80s culture was great.
Not a classic, by any means, but not a bad way to spend an hour and forty-five minutes.
