Spanish movie which really delivered on the crossroads of supernatural/occult and psychological, mixing both genres really well. Low level of horror, but there’s a gripping edge to the stress Valeria is consumed with throughout her pregnancy and how it affects those around her. There are some brief creepy scenes of her hauntings and the near the end of the movie another well-done scene with a whole lot of creeping flesh.
Still building my 2023 faves and this one just might make the list.
