Besides the great camerawork, not much in this movie was all that original or compelling after the first 30 minutes. It dragged and I kept wondering how big that trunk really was to get that spacious of shots, multiple bodies, a bottle of whiskey, and room for Malina to maneuver so much. Every trunk I’ve ever been locked in had very little wriggle room. Maybe it was because she had one less kidney which freed up some space to really move around.
Ultimately, good for her for not succumbing to her delirium, taking a selfie, posting it on social media with the hashtag #OMGLookAtThisTrunkSpaceLOL and changing her status back to Single. If that would have happened, it would have immediately lost further credibility with me.
